Farm To Table: One Acre's Impact - a Documentary With a Mission to Elevate Urban Agriculture
Nutrition Farmer Erik Cutter, the Managing Director of Alegría Fresh farm believes he has the solutions to creating the most sustainable urban micro-farms, utilizing up to 90% Less Water, 50% Less Fertilizer than conventional farming methods.
On one acre of land Erik produces thousands of varieties of nutrient dense plants which he generates by harvesting regenerative organic soil, utilizing systems that prove to be cutting-edge simple-tech solutions for the most efficient self-sustaining farms to be deployed on man made surfaces across the United States.
In late 2016, Erik plans to build Alegría Fresh 2.0 which will be a food and energy production greenhouse. This will stand as a model to creating solutions for our current broken food system, bringing farm fresh foods straight to the table, creating jobs for our next generation of nutrition farmers and proving that we can invest in these one acre farms to provide abundance for humanity.
